EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Our exchange policy is as follows:

 

Eligibility for Exchanges

 

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

Exchange Process

 

Contact us at [support@thepinnacler.com] with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

 

Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Processing Time

 

Once we receive the returned item, exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

 

Custom-made or personalized items.

 

Items marked as final sale.
